While we support the spirit of this legislation, we are satisfied that all Americans will have access to existing and future multi-cancer solutions. As currently drafted, the ‘Medicare Multi-Cancer Early Detection Screening Coverage Act’ is short-sighted by narrowly defining which technologies will be covered. 

Limiting innovation and competition is never the solution.
